THE CAVE AR
I developed an educational AR experience in collaboration with the learning team at The Amelia Scott Library and Museum in Tunbridge Wells. To support teaching about Neolithic history, I 3D-scanned a local Neolithic cave and digitally reconstructed how it might have appeared when it was used as a shelter. This reconstruction, combined with scanned Neolithic artifacts from the museum’s collection, formed an immersive AR experience that allowed local school students to explore the historical context of the objects and the period they were studying.
Below is an a scan of an 80,000 year old Adzes axe head with reconstructed handle and bindings.
